The Strike zone is a full service indoor baseball and softball training facility located in ALexandria, Virgina, minutes from I-495, Springfield and Annandale.

Winter Clinics

GROUP CLINICS RUN FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH

Sharpen your skills and and improve your game in the off-season by registering for a StrikeZone Winter Clinic. Work on hitting, pitching, or overall skills development with one of our professional instructors. Classes consist of hitting, pitching and mixed skills. Or set up your own custom clinic with two or more teammates and build your own off-season program for six or more weeks. Clinics run for 6 weeks with hour-long sessions. Ages 7-9 run on Saturdays, ages 10-12 on Sundays.

Three sessions are offered:
A. Nov-Dec, B. Jan-Feb, C. Feb-March

THE FALL SEASON IS HALF OVER!
October is here and the Fall Season is rolling!
Are you getting enough reps and practice?

Featuring weather-proof indoor practice facilities for your team in a convenient location close to I-95 and I-395, the StrikeZone is the ideal location to bring your team for Fall-season workouts and practices.

Don't be at a competitive disadvantage because of lack of practice and weather conditions you can't control!

Our automatic Iron Mike machines provide maximum reps in the shortest time frame. Our Jugs Curveball machine throws wicked breaking balls. Our Jugs softball machine throws straight fastpitch balls or arcing slowpitch tosses. Our dual pitching lane allows two pitcher/catcher teams to work out side by side. Our 40 foot drill cage allows for live throwing, fielding and hitting drills to supplement machine hitting. All cages feature dedicated L-screens to conduct live batting practice without a machine.

Rent These Cages by the Hour:

  • A dual pitching lane with movable mounds & pitching mats
  • 3 batting cages with automatic machines (slow/medium/fast)
  • A 40 foot drill cage with tees, screens, and catch nets.
  • A jugs softball/baseball machine can be placed in pitching lane

  At least 2-3 cages are recommended for a group of 10-12 players.
  The entire facility available for rent as well.

  Or just show up as a walk-in guest with no reservation.

Private and semi-private instruction is available all year long at the StrikeZone.

& SLOW-PITCH SOFTBALL
Private/Semi-Private lessons are available for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding. Set up a customized session plan with one of our professional instructors. Develop a solid base of skills for on-field play, or refine your existing form and correct mechanical faults with video analysis and personalized instruction. All of our instructors have college level playing experience, and many have played professionally. Single student sessions or groups of 2, 3, or 4+ are available. (Group sessions cost less per player compared to private lessons but you must form the group).
